Corporate In-House Classroom Trainings

Yes, In such request, we can organize a conference call between our instructors and your team to understand exact requirements and then we can organize this training on requested date and time (considering our instructors availability on those dates).

Note: If the customization is more and our instructor have to work on creating content specially for customization then the customization charges will be added to the training delivery charges. Charges varies depending on the amount of customization from the client.

For all In-house trainings, as a policy we first organize a conference call between our best and available instructors with client. If the client have any doubt on trainer’s knowledge or skills then they can always request for another instructor.

Once our client is convinced on the quality of the instructor then only we will allocate that instructor for the client on the requested dates. However, If the instructor is flying from another country then client have to bear the extra cost of the instructor flight and his accommodation.

Minimum: 8 Participants per Class (We can organize training with less than 8 participants as well however per participant cost will increase from our open house rates if the number of participants are less than 8. We recommend to go for In-house only if you have more than 8 participants for cost effectiveness.)

Maximum: 15 Participants per Class (To maintain the quality of the trainings, we generally ask client to keep the size of the batch to not more than 15 participants however we can conduct and have conducted multiple trainings in the past with more than 50 participants in a batch on special requests from client.)

PreparationInfo have already organized multiple In-house trainings in more than 40+ countries till now. We have world largest instructor pool working with us. If we have a local instructor who meet your expectation then we can get the training delivered from that instructor else if required then we can fly instructor to your country and get the training delivered on the requested dates however if instructor fly from outside country then you have to bear the extra cost of instructor flight and accommodation along with the training delivery charges.

Yes, In-fact this is the most preferred mode of training by many of our past clients as it gives flexibility to the participants to attend the training from any part of the world and hence most of the clients with offices in multiple locations prefer Instructor led live online mode of training in order to ensure all the participants can attend the training at the same time without making them travel to one location.

Also, added benefit is that you will get complete recording of the training session and hence anyone can take reference of the lecture by reviewing training recordings.

We update our training calendar every month for the next 3 months. In case, you don’t find upcoming training dates in your location then you can ask next dates by simply sending one email at support@preparationinfo.org.

If you have a team of more than 3 participants then you can let us know in advance and we will organize public training in your location within 3 month.

Note: Since we will be organizing training on your special request hence in this case you will not be eligible to get group nomination discount.

Our instructors are world class instructors with minimum 10+ industry and teaching experience. Our instructors are already instructed to follow strictly our course outline in all the trainings as per our stringent train the trainer program.

Our Course outline is prepared to ensure instructor will cover the topics from the very basic one to slowly to very advance level in order to ensure participants from all level/background will learn the concepts.

However, we recommend all the participants to first cover the online course first in order to get the basic details of the topics well in advance before the training (either LVC or Classroom) starts. During the training, participants can ask doubts from instructors and get them clarified if you already covered online course in advance.

Our dedicated support team gives a commitment to resolve all the doubts 24×7 over email or call however if the doubt is technical then we will get those doubts resolved from our instructors over email.

On special request, we can also schedule a conference call between our instructor to ensure all the doubts gets cleared and ensure 100% satisfaction for client.

Yes, however there are certain limit on the time line before which you have to inform us for rescheduling of dates.

  1. If you are informing us 30 days before the training start date about reschedule of dates then there will be no extra fee and you can reschedule dates from our training calendar.
  2. If you are informing us 15 days before the training start date about reschedule of dates then there will be 20% training fee which will be charged if you reschedule for future.
  3. If you are informing us in less than 15 days about reschedule of dates then there will be 60% training fee which will be charged.

Same rule is applicable for cancellation of registration as once participant enrol, we do the necessary booking arrangements and once we pay for the arrangement we won’t be able to get the money back from our vendors.

Public Open-House Live Virtual Online Trainings

Self Study Online Courses

There is a 1 week refund policy for online courses hence within 7 days you have to apply for full refund to become eligible for the same. After 7 day, we will not issue refund for online courses.

All these online courses are self sufficient for one person to make him/her understand about the concepts. However, most of the client want instructor led training as their preferred mode of training and hence answer of this question is subjective and varies from person to person.

If you are self motivated then online courses are self sufficient for your learning. However, If you need motivation then instructor led learning will be the best solution for you.

All the online courses are provided from third party online course providers. Why charges of these courses are higher than third party actual listed pricing?

Yes, we have listed higher pricing then third party actual pricing because of the premium services and support which we are providing along with online course to all the participants.

We take assurance that 24×7 our instructors will help you and give you email support in clarifying all the doubts related with any course. We provide complementary webinars on these topics regularly which covers all the updates and trends related with these topics. These webinars are paid however for our students these webinars are free of cost.

No knowledge is good until you actually learn how to implement it hence we do also provide consulting support in case any of the client wants to clarify doubt regarding implementation of any of the best practices in his organization.

For these premium services, we charge higher than third party actual listed pricing.

Refund policy depends on the days before which you have applied for refund.

For Instructor Led Classroom/Live Online Training:

  1. If you are informing us 30 days before the training start date about refund request then there will be no extra fee and you will get complete 100% refund.
  2. If you are informing us 15 days before the training start date about refund request then there will be 20% training fee which will be charged as processing fee and rest 80% fee will be refunded.
  3. If you are informing us in less than 15 days about refund request then there will be 60% training fee which will be charged and rest 40% fee will be refunded.

 

For Self Study Online Courses:

Timeline and Mode of Credit for the refund:

Refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days from the date we receive refund request from customers end. Mode of Refund will be Bank Wire Transfer. You have to share the Bank Account details where you want funds to be transferred. Customers can expect the amount to get refunded within 10 working days.

Please note: The 100% Refund amount is calculated based on the amount which actually hits our bank account. Transaction fee and currency conversion charges will be deducted from the customer fee plus 25 USD processing fee will be deducted for refund.

Yes, we do provide discount on group nominations:

For Instructor led Classroom/Live Virtual Online Trainings:

  • For 3-5, straight 10% group discount on the listed fee will be provided to all the attendees.
  • For 6-8, straight 17% group discount on the listed fee will be provided to all the attendees.
  • For 9-12, straight 25% group discount on the listed fee will be provided to all the attendees.
  • For more than 12, fixed 34% group discount on the listed fee will be provided to all the attendees.

 

For Self Study Online Courses:

  • For 3-5, straight 10% group discount on the listed fee will be provided to all the attendees.
  • For more than 5, fixed 17% group discount on the listed fee will be provided to all the attendees.

There are 2 types of trainings which we provide:

  • Certification Trainings: These trainings are conducted as an authorized training provider and the certificate will be issued from the globally recognized governing bodies only.
    • ex. PMP, ITIL Foundation, PMI-ACP etc

 

  • Skill based Trainings: These trainings have no well known globally recognized governing body and are pure skill based courses. PreparationInfo provides 2 certificates to these trainings:
    • Certificate of Participation: After successfully attending our Classroom/ Live Online training
    • Certificate of Excellence: After successfully submitting the assignment given by our instructor and clearing those assignments.
